NewsBISHOP PAUL OTSUKA VISITS THE CENTRAL HOUSE
Bishop Paul Otsuka of Kyoto visited the Central House last August 24, 2013. He was accompanied by a diocesan priest and three Japanese youths. Fr Exor Arce, an MSP missionary to Kyoto, brought the Japanese visitors to the Central House. The bishop went to the Diocese of Lipa (Batangas) and joined the Japanese youths, who come from his own diocese, in their immersion programs in the Philippines. This is a joint pastoral project of the Diocese of Kyoto and the Archdiocese of Lipa. |
