A DAY OF FELLOWSHIP FOR FIL-MISSIONERS IN SEOUL

LAST MONDAY, July 28, the MSP community in Seoul celebrated the “Fil-Mission Monday.” Actually, this is a community day traditionally held on a Monday following the Fil-Mission Sunday.  It is thanksgiving time for everybody in the community for all the efforts shared during the Fil-Mission Sunday campaigns.

The community in Seoul, which is composed of Frs. Alvin Parantar, Jun Tacaisan (a visiting priest), Cedric Alimbuyong, Bros. Fredy Permentilla and Moises Olavides spent the afternoon in a bowling friendly match and Korean buffet.  Franciscan Frs. Froilan Cruz and Sebastian Gabuya joined the group.  These two priests also help the Filipino community in Seoul for the Mass schedules.  This gathering seeks to build a stronger community of Filipino missionaries who support each other in the challenging mission of serving the OFWs in Korea.
